An industry label does not establish material suitability. The grade, standard edition, chemical limits, inspection scope, and buyer acceptance process provide the basis for evaluating a proposed supply. Alternatives require the buyer’s technical review and agreement.
Where several parties are involved, written requirements help keep the same specification in view from enquiry through commercial discussion. They also help identify which documents the receiving team or end customer will require.

Alongside the material details, share the quantity and unit, destination, delivery terms, target timing, permitted origins, and documentation. If the enquiry relates to repeat purchasing, describe the expected order pattern without treating a forecast as a confirmed commitment.
